- Pesto sauce
- 500 gr spaghetti or 500gr of your favorite pasta (penne or rigatoni are also great)
- Optional: grated cheese (parmesan or pecorino or your favorite grated cheese)
Boil the pasta in boiling salted water following the producers’ instructions until al dente and drain.
If the pesto sauce is too thick (ready-made once usually are) mix it with a few spoons of water from the pasta in a pan and add the pasta. Mix the pasta with the pesto sauce while heating for a few seconds and serve.
After serving, you may add some extra grated cheese on top.
